Why packing detail matters
Weatherstrip rolls are easy to misunderstand if the buyer only writes total meters. Carton size, roll diameter, roll direction and label method all affect warehouse receiving and repeat orders.
Carton layout
A common layout is 2 rolls per layer, 2 vertical layers and 4 rolls per carton. This should be shown as a section view so buyers do not assume four rolls are placed flat in one layer.
Before shipment
Confirm carton marks, mixed specification separation, pallet requirement, gross weight range and destination handling needs before the shipment leaves the factory.
