Choose roll length by channel
Factory buyers may prefer production rolls, while distributors or retail channels may need shorter rolls. Roll length affects carton size, handling and label planning.
Separate mixed specifications
When one shipment includes multiple sizes or colors, carton marks should clearly show base width, pile height, color, structure and quantity. This avoids warehouse confusion after import.
Confirm labels early
Private labels, barcodes, product stickers and shipping marks should be confirmed before production packing starts. Late label changes can slow shipment preparation.
Plan export documents
Commercial invoice, packing list and shipment communication should match the final product names and carton details used in the order.
