ArctiveX supplies wool pile weatherstrip, also called pile weatherstripping, woolpile or window brush seal, for sliding windows, doors and aluminum or UPVC profile systems. All pile is PP yarn on a woven backing, in regular, siliconed or UV-stabilized yarn, with or without a center fin, or with adhesive backing for surfaces that have no groove.
Sizes are written as base width x pile height in millimeters. Common sizes run from 4.8x5 to 7x9 mm, with finned sizes such as 7x6x6, and non-standard sizes are made to a profile drawing or old sample. Each approved specification is recorded so repeat orders match, and roll length, labels and private label cartons are set before production.
